"Good location but not clean apartment"

Comfortable apartment with 2 big bedrooms in the old town center. The guest let us check in earlier because we arrived early in the morning.

Dirty apartment with spiders in the bathroom and cockroaches. Intense smell of humidity. We asked for additional towels but there guest couldn't give us any. The pillows needs to be changed and the bed mattress was not comfortable, it needs to be changed too.
