Broadoaks Boutique Country House

Extremely peaceful, well thought out layout of the garden lodge. Warmed up really quick! TV opposite the spa bath was a lovely added touch.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but it would have been even better if there was a small coffee machine in the room instead of the instant sachets. Also at breakfast, would have preferred some more coffee options than just filter coffee. Continental was quite basic but great hot choice.

Lovely dinner and breakfast . Pretty garden to walk round. Plenty of hot water in huge bath.

Dining room is a bit bare but food delicious. Our mattress was a bit soft for our liking.

Broadoaks is an absolutely gorgeous building nestled in a lovely, private location. The grounds are breathtaking and meticulously maintained. The staff are warm, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. We really felt at home and completely at ease. We spent a very relaxing couple of hours in the beautiful lounge by the log burner with a drink, before heading out for dinner nearby. Our room was absolutely lovely and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The property was spotless, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We've already made another reservation for August! A big thank you to the team; we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this guesthouse to others.
