Absolutely loved the retreat Lodge there was literally nothing you could of faulted. Fantastic staff very friendly and welcoming. Will most definitely be booking with you guys again.

A very pretty country house style property in beautiful surroundings (you need a car), we had a lovely, comfortable room, very clean with plentiful tea/coffee. Breakfast was delicious and the choice available very impressive. Lovely staff.

The bathroom was lovely, a great shower, fluffy towels and spotless…but there wasn’t one shelf or flat surface to put anything so all toiletries had to be kept in the bedroom. Not the end of the world but a bit of a pain.

Beautiful old house in an idyllic location. The gardens was gorgeous.

Member of staff on reception when we arrived was not great. No one came for quite some time. There were 2 others waiting at the same time as us. He then went off to the bar as one of them wanted a beer and before he came back answered a phone call on his mobile phone. His shirt also looked as if he had slept in. He wasn’t overly friendly or welcoming.
