Location was good to go to Emerald park

It was really filthy. Our shoes stuck to the floor (we have videos and photos) there was no hand soap (except for one used Dove bar soap from a previous guest). There were used towels from previous guests hanging on the bedroom door. Very hard to get any hot water going either in the evening or the morning. The sponge to wash the dishes was old (not opened for us). There was dirty laundry in the washing machine. The beds were very uncomfortable. I honestly have to question many of the reviews left for this property as to whether they are true or not. Perhaps if you’re on a stag in Lucan, this property would be grand but it was really awful for our family with a baby on the dirty floor (His onsie was fresh and yellow and now it’s black and fit for the bin.) I will post photos if I can. Every single piece of junk left by previous guests is still in the property, half used this and that. There were 2 butters and a half drank bottle of wine in the fridge. Dirt in the utensil drawers etc. communication was ok but the pin he dropped to find the place left us about a kilometre away from the property. The voice notes were extremely difficult to understand and the key was left out for us under a piece of kerbing which made me feel it was unsafe. A lock box is recommended. A lack of cups/ cutlery etc. Inside of microwave dirty as well as switches etc. we couldn’t wait to get home and shower.

I like to book apartments for my family instead of hotels as we just enjoy our own comfort. I must say the host went above and beyond for us, the apartment had absolutely everything you could need and more. it's clean, smoke free and also in a beautiful area. anytime now I'm travelling to the south with my family this will be the apartment I book from now on.

Hard to find for us, hot water wouldn’t work the next morning, worked well the night before. Mildew in the shower, bed quite uncomfortable.

It was a lovely apartment with everything we needed was available there. The host Jonny was very friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay at this place again and would recommend to my friends.

Great apartment in Dublin. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The spacious living room, balcony, and nice view create a homely, welcoming atmosphere. The apartment has everything needed — appliances, kitchenware, and fast Wi-Fi. Parking is available right next to the building, which is a big plus for those traveling by car. The area is quiet, with shops and everything you might need nearby. Excellent value for money. Suitable for both short and long stays. Highly recommend.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean and warm. Tea coffee is already in the apartment. It's not far from the airport Tesco's not that far away
