"Great value place & a good choice for monthly rental."

Very comfortable big bed & nicely designed spacious room. Nice quiet balcony. The daytime receptionist ( Charmagne I think was her name) is very nice, she is calm & quietly helpful.

Location means you probably need a scooter or car here otherwise you'll need to book taxis online.

"HOMEY"

It felt homey staying here. The breakfast was served as if you were at home—traditional and common Filipino foods. The shower also had a filter, which was the cherry on top for me!! Also, the owner was very friendly and easy to talk to even the staffs! 100/10!! I recommend you all stay here during your trip in Dumaguete. You can easily find habal-habal for your transpo as well.

I really liked the location – it's peaceful and conveniently close to everything. The host was very accommodating and even offered to drop us off at the airport for a minimal fee. I will definitely book again when I return.

We forgot to asked for extra blanket.
