Midway Stay Apartments Dumaguete

Great accommodation in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located, just a short ride to downtown Dumaguete and Valencia up in the hills. Rooms are clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, good WiFi and a nice bathroom at a very affordable rate.

very friendly staff, balcony in my room allowed me to get some fresh air, parking within the gated property was convenient, laundry service at the location with great service

a chair on the balcony would be a great asset. The gate was difficult to open to drive into the property in the evening and during the night. A bit far away from Valencia and Dumaguette if you don't have a vehicle

The breakfast was prepared to the owners choice. Overall a decent day to day breakfast. of course a choice would always be preferable and a real brewed coffee would have been excellent for me. But I did buy my own fresh milk, kept it in my rooms refrigerator so I could use it at the breakfast room. A couple times they prepared an additional eggplant for me and this sure was very much appreciated. Friendly front desk personnel as well as great service from the nice lady who did my laundry. Exceptional work. Special thanks to Germaine who answered any question I may had and great recommendation on local attractions I could visit. Thank you!
