Barnet House Serviced Apartments

I arrived at night and the apartment had no heating. The next day I contacted them in the morning via WhatsApp to have the heating fixed. They said the owner lived in Gasglow and would arrive at 5:30 pm to fix it. When she arrived in the afternoon, she saw I was Latina and didn't look kind to me. She was supposed to come back but she didn't, and the heating didn't work. Then I heard a lot of noises and I went downstairs and she lives on the floor below. the next day I went out and when I entered one of the entrance doors (there are 3 doors) did not close properly (they are automatic) and she (supposedly duela) came out of an apartment and started yelling at me why I had to close the door properly, I apologized because I had not seen that the door did not close properly, she threatened me saying that if I went out again she was going to throw me out to the street and that if I received food at home she would also throw me out to the street, with that threat that night I could not eat because the lady did not allow it. The treatment was the worst and saying that she did not like me to speak Spanish that she did not have time for those things. It was very racist
