"Clean bright apartment let down by windows not closing properly, noise and heating not working"

Nice and clean

Location made it noisy , windows are single glazed and don’t close properly. Even with the email instructions the heating didn’t work or turn on

"Warm Hospitality and a Peaceful Stay"

We stayed at Barnet House for three nights – Friday through Monday – and had such a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. Our host, Natalia, was wonderful – always quick to respond to any questions and genuinely kind in the way she communicated. You could tell she really cared about her guests, and that made a big difference. Everything was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which made our stay really relaxing. The location was also great – quiet and peaceful, but still conveniently close to Edinburgh, Glasgow, and other nearby attractions. It gave us a nice balance of exploring during the day and unwinding in the evening. Overall, it was a really nice few days, and we left with great memories. We’d absolutely recommend Barnet House to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in the Dunfermline area.

If we had to mention anything, the shower pressure was a little on the lower side – but honestly, it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t take away from the comfort of our stay. Everything else more than made up for it!

Wonderful apartment and great location. Owner was available and even helped us with coins for the parking meter. We got a workout climbing 72 steps each way (no lifts in the building). Everything was within walking distance, Dunfermline is lovely. A great central location for seeing St. Andrews, isle of May, Edinburgh & Glasgow. Plus plenty of local culture. We would stay again!

Property nice great location. Shower needs more power as water pressure to low .

Deposit taken and emailed to see when returned no replies and tried phoning but quick with messages for payments and Deposit and now silent
