The location was nice and quiet around food and the freeway which made leaving easier.

The location was great very quiet however the hotel smelled like old smoke throughout. The hallway on the 4th floor was nauseatingly awful. Even though they were non smoking rooms it smelled like everyone was smoking. The water pressure was nonexistent in the shower. When you called to complain to the front desk she said there was “ nothing she could do until 7:30am when second shift comes in.” And basically hung up no resolution nothing. The room was not quiet in the slightest we heard every bang and scream from the neighbors next door all throughout the night. I did not even want my baby to stay in the hotel that’s how awful it was.

The location was good. Short distance from interstate and shopping centers.

It had no ice machine. No breakfast I couldn't even get a cup of coffee.

Coffee only—There was no breakfast available. Problem near roadside entrance creating temporary loss of water supply but repaired in a timely manner. Young man checking us in did an exceptional job and getting us to room because of elevator being out of order and problems with internet service. He was very helpful. Problems were not created by him. He is to be commended for his willingness to go the extra mile in service.

Interruptions with water and internet service and brief power outage.

The location is nice, accessibility to restaurants is nice.

The shower curtain is too small. There’s no comforter… only small blankets… kinda feels like a jail bed tbh.

Staff was very kind and very helpful in many ways

The bed was wretched. A picture of my makeshift bed is supplied below. I ended up sleeping in the chair, propped up my feet on another chair not a very comfortable sleep. Very noisy during supposed “quiet hours“ no hooks to hang my towels on. kitchenette had a great fridge, but no utensils no pots or pans no dishes.

The location was great. The young man working there seem friendly and helpful.

The doors were to heavy and not automatic. It made it hard to get the luggage in the doors. The bedspreads seems to have crumbs or something on them. Would have like more than one small bar of soap.
