Everything was perfect. It was the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Kumamoto. Cheerful and kind lady at the reception was very helpful, attentive and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, kindly responding to all our requests. The rooms are super clean, huge and spacious. We had a feeling that we stayed at a separate villa house with garden view and parking lot. The room was very quiet, so we could have a wonderful sleep. There is also a restaurant on the other side of the street, which is convenient. I wish we could enjoy our stay longer. We will definitely come back again.

The room is very spacious. The parking is good. The room fee is reasonable.

The building is a bit old with some mould found on the window curtains of the living room and also at the bathroom.

Fantastic suite style accommodation, living room, separate bedroom, bathroom and outdoor terrace. Lots of space, bath was nice to warm us up, very comfortable bed. Parking next to room, easy to load luggage.

Open plan rooms with tiled floors and big window, so was very cold on arrival. However, the AC units soon warmed it up. No cooking facilities provided (other than microwave), although this wasn't a problem for us. You probably need a car to stay here, it would be difficult to use via public transport.

You get what you pay for here; no frills, but this was a convenient stay (location was great for our purposes), large room(s) and large comfortable bed. The retro decor/ room design was fun, but otherwise pretty average stay.

There was a terrible smell throughout the rooms that I can only describe as a mix of heavy industrial cleaner & air freshener that gave me a headache. Don't know if it's every room or just ours. Also I would NOT recommend doing laundry here - I think their washers need to be cleaned or replaced cause after washing, all our clothes smelled sour and we had to rewash at our next hotel. We noticed there were other loads that seemed to sit in the washer for a couple days... so I'm a little skeptical how clean the sheets and towels actually are.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. All counter tops and electrical appliances were new. House did a great job keeping the room clean.

Building old and jaded. The dinning chairs were old and torn.

Huge living space and nice big shower/bath area. Very comfortable.

There were one or two cockroaches and a large spider that made its way in. The shower room curtains could use cleaning also.

This very unique looking hotel was villa style. We found it not problem, and it was close to local amenities. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who showed us around a very spacious apartment. Which had dining area, separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet. This hotel was a gem 💎 There was an amazing view, and bus stops 5 mins away in either direction.

The accommodation exceeded our most optimistic expectations. It was no standard-size hotel room; it was in fact a suite. Spacious living room with kitchenette, spacious bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom with a bath tub. Next to our room, there was a private parking for our rental.

Nothing to complain about.
