Les appartements sont immenses. La vue est superbe, surtout la nuit. Le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Le petit déjeuner avec omelette faite sur commande tout comme les pancakes. La piscine n’a pas de vue mais l’espace est sympa. Le petit warung juste à gauche en sortant et les autres restaurants accessibles à pied.

Rien. Le rapport qualité prix est incroyable et à tous ceux qui se plaignent de ne pas avoir un vrai service 5 étoiles comme à Paris ou Dubaï réfléchissez un peu au prix que vous payez avant de critiquer.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Residence Menteng. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The overall atmosphere was suitable for both families and business travelers. One area that could be improved is the maintenance of some facilities. The Kids Club appeared to have limited activities and equipment available during our stay, which made it less engaging for children. In addition, the retreat massage chair did not seem to be in optimal condition and could benefit from better maintenance. Other than these points, the stay was enjoyable, and I appreciate the hospitality provided by the team. With some attention to facility upkeep, the overall guest experience could be even better.
