Хорошая территория, большой бассейн, около него можно покушать. Не плохие завтраки. В номере было несколько бутылок с чистой водой, когда закончились я попросила еще- без проблем принесли. В номере была вся необходимая посуда

Заранее заказывала детскую кроватку. На сообщения в букинге не отвечали. Нашла WA, там ответили, сказали что кроватка будет. По приезде оказалось что детской кроватки нет, пришлось идти просить, принесли через час. В кроватку положили очень грязное одеяло и подушки. Подушками не пользуемся, а одеяло попросила поменять. Принесли огромное шерстяное одеяло и к нему огромную простынь. Это все не влезает в детскую кроватку. Я попросила принести мне такое же как в первый раз, но чистое. Еще через какое то время мне принесли первое грязное одеяло, но завернутое в огромную белую простынь. Опять сказала им что недовольна этой ситуацией, но больше решать вопрос они не стали(( Колонки, которые стояли у телевизора, оказались не рабочими (вызвали электрика он подтвердил что они не работают)

Overall amenities were great (gym, sauna/steam, pool, etc.).

They could upkeep some of the amenities a bit more (providing towels in the gym, sauna, etc.), however this is a small point. They were always helpful whenever a simple request was made. The restaurant was hit and miss. Although some of the meals were quite good, we had very long waits (45min+) and one plate would come out long before another and we often didn’t ’eat together’ at once. This happened more than once. The staff, nonetheless, were very kind.

I would not return, primarily due to consistent front-of-house service breakdowns. The property itself is passable and well located, but the guest experience is sold short by poor attention, weak processes and lack of accountability. I arrived around 12:30pm, aware I was early. The pramubarang was attentive, took my bags and asked me to wait. After about 20 minutes with no engagement from reception, despite an empty counter at times, I chose to leave my bags and return later. When I came back close to 5pm, I was again asked to wait while staff were present but not engaging, taking calls and using personal phones. Even after making continued eye contact with a manager, there was no attempt to assist. I eventually asked the pramubarang to prompt the desk, and he ended up handling much of the check in himself. No apology was offered at any point. The room key did not work in either lift. I was initially told how to use it rather than the issue being tested. I then stood in a moving lift while the staff member returned to reception to fix it. It was eventually resolved, but this should have been handled immediately and competently. The room itself was acceptable for a solo business stay but clearly worn. There were scratched floorboards, a broken sink plug and loose or broken door handles. No iron was provided in the room. I requested an iron and ironing board before leaving for work, but nothing arrived in time. When I returned later, only the ironing board had been delivered, with no iron. Noise levels were generally tolerable despite being near the lifts, aside from a loud guest in the hallway which was more noticeable than disruptive. Breakfast was included but I did not use it. The most serious issues were with handling of deliveries and guest property. A food delivery arrived in the evening, but I received no call or notification, and there was no mention of it the following morning even when I asked. I only discovered this after checkout when the sender followed up. I also left items at reception after checkout for collection. Staff took the recipient’s details, but when the recipient arrived, the items could not be located. Even after I provided my room number, the desk still could not find them. These were valuable items and had been left only hours earlier, which points to a complete failure in basic handling and tracking processes. At the time of this review the issue is still unresolved. The location in Menteng is convenient and the pricing is reasonable, but the core service delivery is not functioning at an acceptable level. The pramubarang was the only consistently helpful staff member. Everything else fell well below expectations and does not justify a return.

A very satisfying hotel with spacious rooms. I am extremely pleased and truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised that the room even came with a washing machine. The hotel is located in the city center, with many food stalls nearby. I will definitely return to this hotel again❤️... With love from Malaysia 🇲🇾

The Hotel offered a nice big and comfortable room and allowed an early check-in. The facilities were amazing with a lovely pool and divers breakfast. Of all these positive things the service really stood out. The employees were very helpful and we got a great restaurant recommendation.
