one of staff at reception desk was helpful. specious room with kitchenet and washing machine.

it is not really a hotel. looks like serviced apartment. small lobby with limited staff. restaurant and swimming pool is much smaller than appeared on commercial photos. facility has not been maintained well. we got a broken chair and damaged shower in our room. I traveled with kids and decided to move to another hotel but since the booking was prepaid they did not cooperate. The breakfast was limited and does not worth.

النظافة سيئة النوافذ مقفلة لا يوجد تهويئة الفطور اندونيسي فقط روائح محيطة بالمبنى خصوصاً اثناء الامطار لا يوجد مرايا في غرف النوملا يوجد سلسلة قفل الباب الرئيسي من الداخل
