Please note that there is no parking space on site or anywhere near the property. Our front desk is not open 24 hours a day [open 7 am-10 am,3 pm-9 pm]. If you arrive at the hotel between the closing hours of 10 am and 3 pm, please refer to the signboard at the front desk that will direct you to where to store your luggage and changing place. Please be informed that meals are not included in the rate. Prior reservation is not required for breakfast and guests can add it at check-in. Prior reservation is not required to rent ski and snowboard equipment and can also be added at check-in. [We provide between 7 am and 10 am, and between 3 pm and 9 pm.] Please note that last check-in is at 21:00 and guests cannot check-in after this time. Discount tickets for the ski elevator is available. [Ticket sales are from 7 am to 10 am and from 3 pm to 9 pm.] Please note that late check-in is unavailable at this property. Please note that the rooms are located on upper-level floors with no elevator access.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

"Superb"

Great location, just a gentle 5 min stroll uphill to main gondola 🚡 or downhill to shops and eateries - owner’s very accommodating and super helpful - delicious $6NZD breakfast and $20NZD hotpot/nabe for dinner - would stay again 🤩

"Perfect stay for a weekend skiing"

Lovely owner could not have been more helpful. Great location a few minutes walk from the main gondola. Organise equipment hire and passes. Room was very clean and comfortable

The guest house is exactly as described in the listing. It is not luxury but that is reflected in the description and pricing

"Our best stay in Japan"

We literally loved everything about our stay. Incomparable to hotels in European ski resorts, in the good way. Breakfast was amazing, ski material was of high quality and really easy to get and change. Apart from that, the hosts are extremely welcoming and kind. We'd love to go back some day.
