Please note that there is no parking space on site or anywhere near the property. Our front desk is not open 24 hours a day [open 7 am-10 am,3 pm-9 pm]. If you arrive at the hotel between the closing hours of 10 am and 3 pm, please refer to the signboard at the front desk that will direct you to where to store your luggage and changing place. Please be informed that meals are not included in the rate. Prior reservation is not required for breakfast and guests can add it at check-in. Prior reservation is not required to rent ski and snowboard equipment and can also be added at check-in. [We provide between 7 am and 10 am, and between 3 pm and 9 pm.] Please note that last check-in is at 21:00 and guests cannot check-in after this time. Discount tickets for the ski elevator is available. [Ticket sales are from 7 am to 10 am and from 3 pm to 9 pm.] Please note that late check-in is unavailable at this property. "Close walking distance to Nagasaka Gondola"

Family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed in the traditional Japanese tatami floor bedding room and it was super comfortable, the whole room was the tatami floor and nothing else apart of a mini fridge. The shared bathrooms were clean and had a good shower. They sell discounted ski passes and rent ski/snowboarding gear, the quality of their gear is exceptional, much better than what we had in Hakuba! It was super convenient to have breakfast at the accommodation. Theres also a great equipment drying room and laundry facilities. We had dinner there twice and it was delicious! The accommodation is only 5min walk to the Nagasaka Gondola and 5-10min to the village main strip where the cafes and restaurants are.

The accommodation lacks a common area for guests to sit and relax.

Friendly, cosy, family-friendly guest house. The owner, family and staff went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. Breakfasts and dinners were inexpensive and very satisfying. Gear hire was much better value than the other rental places in town (special price for staying guests) and super convenient. Everything was exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.

We came at a busy time, so lots of other guests sharing the slightly cramped common areas.
