Breakfast was ok, standard, basic choice. For the price, a better choice and better quality products would have been appreciated.

A lift. Stairs were narrow and steep, awkward when carrying luggage up to the second floor. Would be impossible for some people.

Wonderful hidden gem and was advised about the local area which helped as was visiting. Great Seaview from room my husband and I were staying in. Breakfast was a great choice and everything was perfect and couldnt fault it at all.

Theres is absoutely nothing that could be any better it was amazing and had a wonderful stay

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unser Zimmer bot einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Strand samt Morgensonne. Beim Frühstück war man flexibel und wir konnten nach kurzer Überlegung ein "Full English" gegen einen Scone eintauschen. Einen eigenen Parkplatz lernt man bei einer England-Rundreise zu schätzen.

Die Matratzen waren für uns deutlich zu weich und der Wasserdruck im Bad ist so gering, dass der Ausdruck "Rain Shower" fast wörtlich zu nehmen ist.

Our favourite place to stay on the coast and castles cycle and walking path and not only because it’s in a brilliant location, just as you come down into Spittal and Berwick. Such a lovely room with lovely thoughtful touches to give us a very comfortable stay and a very friendly and kind host. Plus the best breakfast so far as well. Lastly our bikes were well cared for in the shed, many thanks again to Alison.

Schone kamer, prima bedden en uitzicht op zee.

Vanwege de grootte van de kamer kon je je spullen niet makkelijk kwijt. En onze kamer lag op de tweede verdieping, niet zo handig wanneer je wat loop problemen hebt.

So peace and lovely to have a break with great views. Cafes and restaurants were beautiful

Beautiful view of the beach, tea, coffee, biscuits and a large glass bottle of water in the fridge was perfect. I may add the breakfast was out of this world
