Converted factory loft apartment - Free parking with no height restrictions x 2

Perhaps a little far out from the city centre but the weather was fine for us so the walk was just about ok.

A little bit cold in the open plan lounge/kitchen. We couldn't work out how to turn the heating up.

The bedrooms and bathrooms suited us as a group of family members. Bath was a lovely addition. Showers were all good, plenty of hot water and clean. The beds were low but comfortable. It didn't feel cramped with 7 people in. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable. The additional heaters were needed when we were there in February; thank you. Teabags and coffee were handy. We liked the French press, allowing us to enjoy a good coffee with our breakfasts. The local bar was handy and did fabulous pizzas. We had these as a takeaway. It felt a safe area. Nice walk into Bristol.

Lack of table or eating space. The photo of the kitchen bar was deceptive as it looked like there was seating for 8 people, but there were only 4 chairs. We had hoped to eat together and play board games in this space. Limited crockery and cutlery, not enough large plates or forks for the 7 of us. The kitchen hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, and there were some empty and half empty food packets in one drawer. We couldn't find any more black bin liners.

Lovely big and airy with lots of space for a group (we had 8 people in our group)

Really big, plenty of space. The studio bedroom works very well offering a lot of privacy. Very characterful.

There are a lot of stairs. Not an issue for us, but would be if you had mobility issues.

A beautiful apartment and Lavinia, the owner, was lovely and always available to help. It was also a great price and only a short walk (about 15 minutes) from the city centre. There are plenty shops, and supermarkets near by and a really nice bar just behind the apartment

We had to leave

It was great that we each had a bathroom. We had a problem with the heating and Lavinia came straight away and sorted it for us. Brilliant host. It was spacious and plenty of room to chill.

The only comment I would make is that there was 6 guests and we only had 4 dinner plates and 4 chairs at meal times, not a big deal but we had to do 2 sittings, it would have been nice to all sit together.
