Converted factory loft apartment - Free parking with no height restrictions x 2

Very clean and spacious. A short walk to the centre of Bristol. An interesting place to stay - paintworks. The apartment is modern and has everything you need.

Bit cold on the first night and Saturday morning but by the Saturday night when we got back it was a lot warmer but this didn’t stop us enjoying the accommodation. Very spacious and just what we wanted. Very close to shops and transport too

Lavinia was great, very accommodating host. Apartment was fab, loved the lights in the showers and the decor. The location was very cool, loved Bocabar at the top of the road, and only 10 mins into Bristol in an Uber.

If I was being picky....The fridge and freezer were switched off when we arrived so all the ice in the freezer had melted. The front door is full glass and feels a bit exposed, maybe a curtain over it?

Paintworks is an interesting part of the city and the apartment was in a quiet area. Great to be have a river view! Glam kitchen, stylish decor. Good for a family group. The mini pool table was a fun addition. Easy to find the apartment from the description and the lockbox to get in. Handy parking bays.

Beds are comfortable but low, which was okay for us but my Dad, who is 85, did struggle a bit. I don't think I noticed that from the photos. The master bedroom is open to the downstairs living area which I knew when booking so it wasn't a problem but it's always preferable to have a bathroom (particularly a loo) that's separate.

Great location and parking. Plenty of space for a family group. 3 bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each. Lovely kitchen.

There was a step down when entering the lounge and we all managed to trip down it at some stage. Maybe a strip of bright coloured tape would help. For the family members sleeping in the lounge going upstairs to the bathroom it was a bit of a hazard. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with mobility issues staying in this apartment as it has a lot of stairs.

Lavinia was an excellent host, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed.

No problems, great location, and had everything we needed for a family break.
