Cotswold self-catering apartment

Calm location, clean, modern accommodation. Everything worked perfectly and there were no problems.

During the night, as the wind brushed up against the roof, the tiles or something on the roof made noise.

The location was good for getting into the town centre.

The kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking a proper meal. There was only a small frying pan, no cullinder, or seive. The settee was not very comfortable for relaxing as you kept banging your head on the sloping ceilings and was very basic. The bedroom pillows were poor quality, and you had no control of the heating. The outside steps leading down to the ground were slippy when wet and difficult with a suitcase.

Quite remote from town. Extremely steep stairs to gain access to apartment and dangerous when wet. Not suitable for the frail. Poorly stocked. Half roll toilet paper, soap dispensers near empty. No additional bedding for second bed (I don't like sleeping with my mother). Chairs unsafe, table too high for comfort. Pots and pans near end of life.

Would have to try really hard to find fault , but my wife would have like a full length mirror in the bedroom

Struttura pulita, accogliente, spaziosa, appena ristrutturata. La struttura è nella campagna ma comunque ben collegata alla città.

Non consiglio di arrivare di sera, si ha una certa difficoltà nel ritrovare la struttura perché isolata. Non c’è l’asciugacapelli.

Lovely quiet location and very secure within a gated property. Kitchen was great, could cook sufficiently and was perfect for what we needed as we were attending a wedding.

There are a few things that would make this place perfect and most have been commented on by other guests. A full length mirror would be extremely helpful there is only one in the bathroom and I had to go on tip toes to use it! The doors don’t stay closed so we had to prop the bedroom one with a cushion. The blinds are not good, they don’t fully close and they let in a lot of light. Some bedside lamps would be great too. Agree with other reviews where the sofa isn’t overly comfortable but we weren’t at the accommodation much so didn’t cause too much bother. All in all the property is lovely and just needs a few finishing touches to make it a 10!

Clean, comfy, secure and quiet. Just what I needed. The shower was very good.
