"Superb"

Good clear instructions. Spacious apartment. Clean & well appointed. Nice shared garden area out the back. Good parking on the street. Corner shop & takeaways very nearby. Close to train station.

The apartment was spotless, finished to a very high standard throughout, very comfortable, great location, host answered any questions/queries beforehand- amazing value for money. Will definitely re-visit, making sure it's for longer next time 😊.

Modern, clean apartment with everything needed for a two night stay very handy for train station and a great chip shop two minutes over the road coffee, tea provided

Like to put news on tv before we go out however there was awful interference so unable to watch if we had been staying longer would have contacted owner but it wasnt a problem for a two day.stay

"Lovely apartment, good location, great hosts."

Really nice apartment, fully equipped, nicely decorated, with everything you may need for a short or long stay. We loved the views onto the garden/courtyard and appreciated the feel of the Victorian building. The hosts were perfect, very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The apartment is 10/12 min away from the city centre, a pleasant walk, mostly along a park (South Inch). There are some shops, take-away outlets and a pub nearby; the train station is less than 5 minutes away.

Top tip: have the shower on ECO mode to get a good temperature/water pressure; took us a while to work this out. Nothing else to report here!

Lovely apartment, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend in Perth. Great location. We’d highly recommend!

"Only just adequate"

Warm

Very dingy building. Poor area very poor parking. Communal hallway really bad. No bedside tables. Kitchen really tiny with insufficient pots to cook
