Les horaires parfois un peu restreint des repas qui termine à 21h le soir c’est un peu tôt.

Tout ! La restauration, la propreté, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, les équipements, l’ambiance. Nous avons été surclassés ce qui a été une excellente surprise. Des vacances exceptionnelles et nous remercions tout le personnel de l'hôtel. Nous avons bénéficié des soins au SPA. Un grand merci à Tawès avec qui j'ai pris 2 massages "mandana" ; c'est une spa praticienne généreuse en énergie et toute attentionnnée.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cet hôtel Iberostar en Tunisie. Tout était tout simplement parfait du début à la fin ! Les chambres étaient magnifiques, spacieuses, très propres et extrêmement confortables. Nous avons même eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés à notre arrivée, une attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant, disponible et attentif aux moindres détails. La restauration était excellente : des repas variés, de grande qualité, avec beaucoup de choix et des plats toujours délicieux. Un vrai plaisir à chaque repas ! La piscine est superbe, très bien entretenue, idéale pour se détendre. Les activités proposées pendant la journée sont nombreuses et très bien organisées, et les soirées sont tout simplement géniales : une ambiance conviviale, festive et très professionnelle. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié toutes les petites attentions du personnel tout au long du séjour, qui font vraiment la différence. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux et ce séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

The staff was amazing especially the reception staff and the cleaning staff. The food was good and the menu varied from day to day for the most part.

J'ai déjà rempli les informations d' enregistrement en ligne mais à l' hôtel m'ont dit qu'ils n avaient rien reçu.

Myself and my partner stayed for a week at kantaoui Bay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Always making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay complete. The bar staff inside and by the pool were friendly and very hardworking and we never had an empty glass and always a snack at hand. The waiting and catering staff made every meal wonderful making sure we had a table and a drink ready for when we got back from the buffet which had a wide variety of meals served hot and fresh daily. The Tunisian and Italian restaurants onsite were the best and the food was delicious the waiting staff here were also wonderful and very accommodating. The entertainment staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home making conversations with everyone. We enjoyed the evening entertainment the most including the Tunisian night and the karaoke. Very fun and memorable. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented every day thanks to the wonderful cleaning staff who made the room very lovely daily. Out by the pool the lifeguards were there to make sure that you had a sun-bed and a mat for comfort and table for your drinks which was always there as they bar staff were on point making sure you didn’t have an empty glass. Overall I had the most wonderful and memorable stay at kantaoui bay Thankyou to all the staff for making our stay so perfect. We look forward to returning again in October.
