Location was good

The facilities and amenities we booked the establishment was not available. Very misleading. Host's manner was not befitting someone in the hospitality industry.

"Comfortable stay"

The apartment was spacious each room had a bathroom and dressing room. Location is convenient near canal walk mall

The information was misleading. There is no formal 24 hours front desk, though the hostess answered me promptly on whatsapp. And more importantly there is no daily housekeeping as they stated

I think it was a very central place to travel around . The environment was very pleasant .

I think that the accommodation been a four star accommodation should provide a welcome basket. An information brochure should be made available. Provisions should be made during load shedding or the times of loading shedding should be made available to the guest. Finally the towels were unpleasant to use. I will be coming back to Cape Town to see if my suggestions were taken into account. Thank You
