Great location, secure underground parking, 24/7 security, wifi, generator in the building so the lifts still worked in load shedding. friendly staff, good communication.

Lack of blinds in the bathrooms so very bright in the mornings, noise from the shopping center, due to the tiles apartment was echoey.

It does not look like the pictures on the website at all. Noone came to help us empty the bin for the full 5days we were there. The side lamps in the bedrooms didnt work. We were told that we not allowed to use aircon.

Hygien of the property was questionable! Everything was dirty , curtains , bedding , microwave , corridors , bed base and Mattress, windows , bath stopper , basins WERE ALL DIRTY, the staff member Zeena was beyond RUDE , and I struggled with getting a refund. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMODATION TO MY WORST ENEMY

It was really close to the mall very friendly people and loved the location very clean

Everything was good, home away from home. Will definitely come back again.

I like the security system. I felt very safe and secure. No need to go out for shopping. Its all inside. Good ambiance. I loved it
