INhere homely atmosphere ,The property is surrounded by greenery 💚 it's awesome stay. linens were fresh and clean, and well maintained, they provide fresh homemade food, Small balcony but View from balcony were breathtaking. Bindu the property owner and her son is very understanding person. And safe place for traveler specially solo traveler. I booked for two days only but I am planning to extend here more. Thank you 🫶

INININThe owner, Bindu is one of the most helpful person I've met. She had to leave at around 4am the day I was checking out, and she prepped and kept ready breakfast for me before! Since I was leaving at 5:45am to catch an early morning flight, this was very very helpful, since nothing would be open at that point. She also arranged for a glass of warm milk at night - and while this might not seem like a big deal, it shows that she is willing to help. I only stayed overnight for 10hrs before leaving so I didn't get to see and use a lot of the facilities, but from my interaction with Bindu, I can say that this place is very safe and I highly recommend it for a hassle-free stay in trivandrum. Finally, many thanks for arranging auto rides for me from the railway station and the airport. I didn't have to worry about travel logistics at all.
Not the property's fault at all, but the location is a little far from shops and other areas. I was travelling here late at night by an auto rickshaw and the further you go, the lack of street lights make you feel like you're in an isolated area. Come daytime you will notice that this is because there are a bunch of gated communities around here, as well as single-family bungalows all around. You WILL need a vehicle (your own or an auto) to get to the main street.

LTI stayed just for one night, but the experience left a lasting impression. From the initial communication to the help upon arrival, everything was smooth and welcoming. The host is incredibly sweet and kind, making you feel at home right away. While the room itself is simple, the warmth and hospitality truly elevate the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cosy, homely atmosphere.
