Spacious apartment near Saldanha

Casa muito bem localizada, bem apetrechada, limpa e confortável. Quem nos fez o check in foi muito simpático e prestável. A repetir e a recomendar.

Good location, close by to lisbon attractions, there is a supermarket just below, and cafes and restaurants close by. Apartment is spacious and clean.

The apartment comes without any fans or air conditioning. Before check in we did ask and they did mention that fans would be provided. But when we checked in there was only one mini desktop heater n fan that was supplied. Our visit was during peak summer with temperatures of 37deg outside. Without any fans or air conditioning in the rooms this was very hot and uncomfortable. During the nights we had no option but to keep the windows open due to the heat but we struggled to get any sleep as it was very noisy untill early morning. youngsters would drink and make a lot of noise outside and shout and talk loudly till early morning hours. Some of us had to sleep on the wooden floor in the hall. Ironing board provided was broken, toilet door would not lock, tv very weirdly would just change channels probably the remote was damaged, keys to the main door of the the building were not working well, there was a little play and it takes a good few efforts to open the door. Coffee machine was leaking.

It’s spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. It has an elevator. Washing machine and dishwasher work fine. Beds were comfortable. There is a supermarket next to the apartment.

The noise at night is just so annoying. There is a major street and you have constantly buses and cars driving. Since there is no AC and no ventilators it was so hot, we needed some air but with the noise it is impossible. The bedsheets had spots on them, and things were broken when we arrived to. The contact with the responsable personal is complicated. You have different people contacting you on WhatsApp but none of them is the right person to talk to. You should contact through booking or call a number. The key for the door downstairs doesn’t open properly. You can hear everything from the neighbors.
