Cosy Modern Apartment Colchester

The location was great. Shower had good water pressure. Good amount of cutlery and plates Host was very pleasant and helpful

Things were falling apart. Not enough supplies I.e cleaning up materials. Spare towels found under the bed. The property is soooo much smaller than expected. Was a fair stay.

It doesn't state anywhere that this place was up two flights of stairs until the day of arrival. My husband is disabled and struggles with stairs so the two flights were very hard work for him. There was a lot of dust on the shelving in the toilet and desk in bedroom.i feel you need to look at the tap in the sink of the bathroom as I was dressed to go out lifted lever of tap and it shoots right across the floor to the shower Unit soaking me. It wasn't a one off in the end we used the sink in the toilet to brush our teeth.

It was a cosy as everything was there. It was convenient and Tesco around the corner , was a quiet area. One thing for me was the bed comfort as it felt as home. I felt like home I would choose it again I. The future.

Sofa was not comfortable to sit on. Was dusty on the floor in the room . Kettle needs a bit clean other then that the apartment so homey.

Would probably say the shower needs looking at.

The property was ideal for our stay in Colchester. Location was very good and the apartment was comfortable and just what we needed.

It was very clean, cosy, and the area felt safe. It was also very easy to contact the friendly hosts if I needed anything.

I did not have access to cleaning equipment e.g. a vacuum.

Good location for Colchester City centre

Road noise was quite loud especially very early in the morning

An en-suite plus a separate toilet.

No terrestrial TV. All streaming so you had to give personal details to watch and pay.Not acceptable.Email addresses were left in the system open to abuse. We were not told it was Air B&B when we booked.
