Cosey Home Near NEC & Birmingham Airport

One bedroom apartment all on the same floor. Was prefect for my family (husband and 2 babies). Lots of room. High chair provided. Full cooking facilities. Free parking out the front to bring stuff into property. Comfortable and big bed. Sofa bed available in living room if needed. Perfect to put the kids to bed in the bedroom and enjoy the living room in the evening. Good location to explore Birmingham or Warwick.

Property has a shower and no bath, but not a big deal.

Everything was brilliant just felt like an actual home, the host was very attentive and nothing was wrong. We would definitely book here again I would also recommend other people to book also.

Kitchen needed a bit of a clean No tin opener

The flat is modern and very nicely built. It has a nice sofa bed, a king bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The TV was working with Netflix which was a nice bonus.

There was no hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink! The shower did work, though. I honestly would have rated this higher, but as soon as I entered the flat, I noticed there wasn't any hot water. I contacted the owner, but he is currently in another country, so his friend is looking after the flat. I had to wait 40 minutes for him to come and attempt to fix the issue. He didn't fix anything; instead, he told me I have to wait 15 minutes for the hot water to come on, but it only lasts for a minute.. If you stay in this flat, make sure to ask whether there is functional hot water! It was such a hassle washing my face with cold water, especially considering the price I paid. Additionally, if you come in the summer, make sure to keep all windows closed as the flat is in the garden, and spiders and bugs will enter. They also need to mop and clean the flat properly. I found some old tissue behind the sofa, and the floorboards had markings. They need to clean thoroughly because, from the outside, it looks clean, but upon closer inspection, it’s dirty with food stains, etc.

Great little apartment, hosts were really helpful sending info before we arrived. Lovely to have the air con during a really hot afternoon. Really comfy bed and very well presented.

It was really hard to get a signal for the TV and many channels wouldn't work. Fridge had a bit of a smell. But overall the apartment was brilliant and we'd happily stay there again.
