All has been ok. Just over night little noise from the kitchen tap- from the pipes.

It was very clean and was well Thought Out as a garden room- in that it was very well equipped with facilities. Very comfortable bed, sofa and living space. It had everything you'd normally have at home and that you'd need for a comfortable stay

Netflix didn't always work- it's a family account so if the family is watching Netflix in the evening you can't watch it While technically it is a private entrance there is no privacy to it as there are two cameras at the door to check in who goes in and out so not perfect for those wanting to have discreet guests or friends come and go The cameras were not advertised in the property It is in essence a garden room in the back of a family yard so be warned if this Is not what you are looking for Also water running through the pipes all night might keep some light sleepers up at night
