There was no reception but staff gave me quick answers for any questions and had no problem with communication. Having own chief’s dishes for breakfast and dinner whenever I picked the time was amazing. And foods were prefects. Very big swimming pool and so private place which I exactly looked for. Thank you for giving us unforgettable memories.

Just bit unmaintained entry loads but that didn’t give is any inconvenience. Was all good

Modern contemporary Villa with an outstanding pool. Good location if you want to be based in the Ubud area but outside of the super busy town centre. We were extremely well looked after by Feri who organised everything we needed.

Not much at all… Nothing wrong with the Villa at all but maybe the driveway could be smoothed out a little.

Tesis genel anlamda oldukça keyifliydi. Bizimle ilgilenen beyefendi de nazikti. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım.

Duş başlığını değiştirmelerini öneriyorum çünkü rahatsızlık uyandıracak kadar pislik birikmişti. Bir de bizim yüzdüğümüz havuzda ördeklerin de yüzdüğünü gördük. Bu insan sağlığı için olası değil. Belki bir koruma çiti yapılabilir.

The layout is incredible with a magical view of the rice fields. Property is even more stunning than the photos show. Our host Feri went above and beyond to look after us during our stay.

Unclean pool, too many insects, so secluded and sketchy and unsafe entrance

Clean, quite new, very well maintained. Clean pool, nice rooms, calm, quite but close to the main road

Access road is bumpy and some cars cannot access. It is just 50-100 m but could be an issue

The villa and the facilities are good specially the outdoor sitting area and the pool

The location and the road to the villa is bad

Very beautiful villa and very clean. I totally recommand it. The villa is more beautiful in reality than in the photos.

Beautiful and clean. Nice pool and serviced everyday. Had all the tools in the kitchen to make your own meals but we had a cook come and cook for us on site. Great communication. Just off the main road so very close to the everything. Used the laundry next door which was very convenient. This laundry person was great too who washed dried ironed and returned the clothes nicely folded. Aircon in all the rooms and sitting rooms too was excellent and essential.
