Friendly staff and comfortable place.

Our stay at the villa in Ubud was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. The delicious breakfast, coupled with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the villa, truly made our stay memorable. Jun and Buddha deserve a special shout-out for their outstanding efforts in ensuring our time there was truly beautiful. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality!

Location was a little out of town & meant we always required a car to get into town to main shops/restaurants which became costly at times.

Villa Moonlight is stunning! Very rarely accomodation lives up to the pictures but this place is even better. We were meet at the villa by Junawan who was so helpful and a superb host. We loved our stay and would love to come back soon.

We were made aware of the access issues and once this is finished this Villa will be perfect. We had a 7 seater vehicle which got down the road ok.

The villa is situated in a very quiet area and is well maintained. The facilities are comfortable (new airconditioning in the living room) and of high standard. Jun and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us information, prepared a delicious breakfast and did everything to make our stay an unforgettable one. Jun even carved butterflies in water melons. Bali Superhost is a very professional company. They immediately sent a manager and an engineer when there was a problem with the WiFi. Very high recommendation.

Rooms are all separate. Perfect for couples, but not ideal for a family.

The villa is stunning. Luxurious and private. Perfect for relaxing after exploring the beautiful surrounds. We were a family of 6. Myself, husband and 4 year old daughter. My mum and my mother and father in law. Age range 4-76. The villa was perfect for everyone. Our host, Jun was incredible. Nothing was a problem for him and his team. He went out of his way to find things for us such as Bali honey, Batik painting tools and even brought Bintang to our villa and put in the fridge for us while we were out for the day. He even showed us how to open a coconut. My elderly in laws decided to stay local to the villa for a day while we went to Waterbom. Jun found them wondering the streets and put them on the back of his bike to get them where they needed to be! Jun made our time at Villa Moonlight a truly memorable experience. Thank you Jun from all of us.

Nothing! Only suggestion would be a couple of umbrellas at the top section of pool over sun lounges to escape the sun if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and clean. Good location near center of Ubud. Very friendly staff. Really reccommend this villa.

I would maybe reccommend to buy a Nespresso coffee machine or some similar, to have coffee any time during a day :)
