There wasn’t really a shower, but bucket in the bathroom in rooms with balcony. A bit a steep climb from the town

The staff was very nice and very helpfull. The location was good. Recomended

The room was a bit small and there was noise in the early morning

Hosts were pretty responsive when we needed toiletries for the room (but didn’t get any initially). They also offer tours if you need any. The hotel is about 3 mins from Munnar centre. There were water tanks on each floor which was good. Shower got quite hot (but was hard to control with taps)

The room was quite dirty. The sheets hadn’t been washed as there were some stains and also some waxy bits. The towels were also stained a bit. Both quite easy to see as they’re white. The WiFi also wasn’t great and the power went off a few times in the day.

Nice place, room confortable, staff kind and helpful. The only real problem is that there isn't hot water and a shower.

There was a steep upward climb (80 metres) which was difficult for my mother.
