Best place in town. We really enjoyed the location.

It's right in the center, but still quite, the staff is helpful. And it's pretty clean.

No hot water in the shower (the upper one), only in the bottom one, so you can fill your bucket, not suitable for everyone.

We had a lovely stay here We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony - which was a large factor on why we extended our stay twice! Good location with lots of cafes/restaurants near by. You can walk to the tea museum, botanical gardens and rose garden from here; or grab a rickshaw from the end of the road. They’ll recommend a trekking company which offer lots of good tracks with very knowledgeable guides.

I felt comfortable here. Beautiful view, especially in the morning, and a great restaurant just down the street. The room was clean. Drinking water tanks on each floor. The hotel manager was very helpful in answering any questions I had, including bus schedules to get to my next destination. Good option in an ideal location if you're on a budget.

Hotel is at the top of a small hill - might be challenging if you have mobility issues.

The room was clean, bathroom and towels too. Payment and checkin with no problems. The view from the balcony is nice. Location is great, close to all stores and Saravana Bavan :) Pro Tip: ask the staff about the tour guide Philip for a GREAT hike in the tea fields!

The home itself is not accessible by car, you will have to climb a little on a steep driveway. For young people it's not a problem, but it can be for older people or travellers with suitcases. The blanket doesn't have a case.

Very nice host! Central location. The balcony view was beautiful!

Could be a bit cleaner but we appreciated the effort! All in all it was a good experience!
