NOTHING OTHER THAN CHEATING and DIRTY PLACE - DO NOT EVEVN ENTER IT..So many days fighting it out with Booking and Property.. but still not refund in sight...CHEATs

The Hotel was totally bad.... very dirty and I did not want to even enter seeing it... but since it was 3 AM in the morning and had a family had to be forced to take it... but BED BUGS did not allow us to sleep... so I told the property owner I am vacating....and then he vanished from scene... NOR did he return my money - I had booked for 3 days , stayed for 5 hours and above that such a bad experience... NOW I AM NOT GETTING BACK MY MONEY... I TRUSTED BOOKING . COM AND I FELT REALLY CHEATED AND ROBBED.. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND SEE THAT i GET MY MOENY BACK.. i HAD PAID 9980.... STAYED FOR JUST 4 HOURS WITH THE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEN NOT GETTING BACK MY MONEY.... SO I AGAIN REQUEST BOOKING.COM TO GET MY MONEY BACK MY MONEY IS STILL NOT REFUNDED... BOOKING . COM also not helping much and not blocking cheats like these... THIS HOTEL MUST BE BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY from booking . com. Have asked Booking . com to do the needful so that these kind of Cheat / cheap hotels are banned and blocked immdeiately from its site... they said they are looking into this and help resolve the matter... I will keep asking Booking.com till I get my refund :( Lets see... MORE THAN A MONTH GONE BY - BOOKING IS POINTING TO THE PROPERTIOR AND THE PREOPERTIOR IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING Forgot to add the most dangerou part of this hotel.... THE CEILING IS SO LOW THAT IF YOU ARE STANDING AND RAISING YOUR HAND (SAY OPENING YOUR T-SHIRT OR SHIRT) YOUR HANDS YOUR HAND WILL GET CHOPPED OFF by the fan blades ... THIS I AM SAYING BECAUSE THE FAN IS IN THE CENTER AND 2 BEDS IN SIDE AND as the ceiling is so low and ... SO FOR ME THIS IS MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THIS HOTEL My advice to anyone even looking to book this Hotel - please do not even think of it.... Very Dangerous, very dirty environment, and you will definetly not want to saty even for an hour....

The service is good ,Neat Rooms. It was my business trip.I would like to stay definitely next trip Check in Experience was good.Provodr me late check out without any charge. Good friendly staff . Quick Service and Good Breakfast. Budget friendly rooms. Very near to metro station. Fully satisfied with the hotel. Room was spacious.

The location it was below expectations, noisy area, without a view. Room modestly furnished, without hot water, unkept, common places dirty.

Nothing

Location and price is good but there very intense smell of fishes downstairs. Though it will not disturb you in your rooms but when you come out of room. So this is something you should take in consideration before booking your stay.
