The Manager is super rude and will ask you for extra money as soon as you enter. I need a refund from booking.com asap!

We booked a stay for 3 people and yet when we went to the hotel, The manager said that he can't accommodate 3 people and asked us to take another room and pay more money than we did for that extra room.

Location wise it is good. But the facilities mentioned at the time of booking were not provided . You have to ask the staff every time for things like a kettle. Staff was ok .
