"Pleasant"

Bed was clean, staff were pleasant.

Flush doesnt work half the time, bathroom door cant be closed, TV was ridiculously small. The Lift itself is so poorly designed despite the place being in a residential building.

Loved the spacious room, they even were kind enough to give us an upgrade. Great city view, even a balcony. Breakfast was also included. Absolute value for money.

"A great few day at this hotel in Mumbai."

The private room was large with air con and fan which both work well. The room was clean, comfortable and well located, close to the metro and also food, markets etc. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they even booked an ola taxi for me to the airport as I was struggling to get a Uber. The room rate included breakfast which was brought to the room, it was adequate for me. The price was very reasonable considering Mumbai is generally over priced. I would recommend and I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was working but a little weak so this could be improved but this would not prevent me from staying at the property.
