Waste of hotel.. This is bad experience in my. Life this residency....

Very poor maintenance and cleaning and behaviours staff

Staff was really helpful.It was nice shirt stay. Comfortable bed ,Very spacious room with bath tub. Breakfast was quite easy.Very close to Metro station .

Highly dissatisfied with the staff behaviour and their non existing policies, The staff used the term pet for my partner, stating that pets are not allowed.

Felt ‘unsafe’ as the facility lift is so small that can accommodate only 3 people and the stair access was locked. It will be scary for people who are claustrophobic to use that lift, moreover It will be impossible to evacuate people in floor 3 and above in case of emergency. Towels given were in very bad shape, torn and old. Shower handle and the toilet seat were damaged and was falling apart. Even though we booked a room for 3 they provided only one (ltr)bottle of drinking water per day. They informed us they will charge any extra water.

The A1 cafe across the street does a very good puri breakfast.The covenience store opposite on corner with street food stall out front afternoon & evening do good frankies,pani puri,dosa & chat. I liked the view from the room 603, the very large opening picture window & the breeze though for many the noise of street & metro might be a bit much. The window can be kept closed of course. I was on 6th floor. The staff were very welcoming,helpful & friendly. Access to airport is convenient.

Firstly I think that the locking of the staircase on Saturday evening & Sunday causing only exit to be via elevator is concerning & needs to be looked at by management if not the Mumbai Fire Dept. Hot water was tepid at best.
