The owner is the rudest person I've ever spoke to hes rude and arrogant thinks he can scam people out of an extra £300 i wouldnt recommend staying the rooms are full of damp

Window wouldn’t shut so was freezing, lumpy mattress and a suicide crime scene police wouldn’t let us in or out had to leave after 2 nights and waiting 2 weeks for refund while having nowhere to go as I thought I had somewhere for 7 days

Local to town centre, bathroom, was fine.

Not enough towels of our stay, no internet, no cups, no tv, we got offered extra nights at a discount , requested same for a couple of night but reply.

Everything fine had a lot of trouble with keys

Struggled with keys getting in the front door

the location was good

if the tv worked ,the tv has not been installed ,so you couldnt watch it,also no hairdryer or iron

Had an email the morning we were supposed to stay here saying water damaged the room so didn’t get to stay still waiting for a refund

Couldn’t connect to the internet. No TV. TV wasn’t available on arrival and not fixed despite being there 3 nights

I am sorry it was one of the worst places, I have every stayed!

There was no internet, no TV connection. I requested them several times to solve my problems, they never respond. The location was not at all suitable for Airbnb, because of the crime rate and worst location.

Friendly helpful communication, very clean and fresh property. Exceptional value. Very good resources for example in the kitchen - clean large fridge freezer, cutlery and crockery etc. my room had enough suite facilities.

Roller blind was broken in the room so I couldn't roll it up for ventilation and down for dark. Front door very difficult to close and lock. No fan provided and basic hand soap only.
