Clean and tidy

Location was good and I had a really good first experience, that is why I booked it again. But this recent experience was terrible and I will not be booking anymore stays with them.

I booked a room with private toilet, I got there and the toilet was shared with another room. This should not be classed as private. The worst was that the room I was put in had a very horrible smell that made me feel sick. I had to go buy air freshner and open windows which made room cold. I could not get through to staff.

Doors.. need some oil kitchen fire door was broken and not fixed when I came for the second visit. No cleaning supplies except washing up liquid and a cloth. no tea towels to dry pots .. unleft food in the fridge from other visitors and it left a smell. other than that I would still recommend to others. all information needs addressing instead of wall print outs form a little bookers for each room on house rules. Also supply extra towels and iron and board.

Misleading information shared kitchen not even coffee facilities in the room

I was very surprised for the price and the modern designer I did have a few issues but nothing to complain about more to do with silly little things ..like extra pillows and the en-suite the sink drainage and the loo was slightly blocked. The next I book I would love a bigger room and use the shared bathroom. I loved that I could wash my clothes and cook a full roast dinner with all the appliances available to use with in the price. I would like to come back and stay .

Was located very close to where I worked and it was just few minutes drive to town centre and community facilities

On arrival the kitchen was a total mess, an absolute disaster, honestly repulsive and that’s putting it nicely. Whilst my room had a good comfy en-suite bathroom the bed was terrible, all my body ached after the both days sleeping on the bed 🤦‍♂️

The location was perfect, the host responded quickly and was extremely accommodating to our needs & the room was lovely & clean, the bathroom was lovely & red hot shower plus we felt safe & at ease in the property & the area....we will definitely use this accommodation again xx

could do with a lock on each kitchen cupboard with their own plates etc but not a deal breaker will definitely still be coming back xx
