Modern clean facilities and location was excellent

I wish there were a few more basic amenities like toilet paper, hair dryer and perhaps an iron.

Beautiful little apparent, with cosy atmosphere, that had everything (and even more) that we needed. Perfect location, close to everything, loads of shops around, minutes away from the concert arena and surprisingly quiet for a good night sleep. I loved the fact that it had a working fridge, so that we could store our drinks. Thank you! 🥰

The only downsides were; us not being able to turn the TV on, not sure if it wasn't plugged properly or if it was lack of knowledge on our part. Nevertheless not that much of an issue. The other thing would be getting to a building (we weren't sure if it was the right one, nor how to open the main door)luckily we got help from an owner/their colleague who was super helpful in getting us in and making sure we were welcomed and comfortable.

Nothing, as I didn't end up staying there due to it being very dirty.

The place was very dirty, unchanged sheets, mats, surfaces, toilet, kitchen... I contacted the property and asked for it to get cleaned but it was still dirty, so I ended up having to book elsewhere!

Excellent location, simple base to explore Leeds, really helpful management who dealt with our needs.

Location was excellent

I think calling it Luxury is maybe an understatement! Bedroom part was very cheap interiors and bed linen. Kitchen has everything apart from a kettle. Entrance hall was very dirty and broken lift. We had only arrived 10 mins when someone else tried to enter the apartment as it had been double booked.

The property was located right in the centre of everything, such a nice homely environment. When I called the host he was really polite and answered the questions I had with no issue. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Will definitely be booking here again next time we visit Leeds

Decent facilities, basic cooking utensils provided and toothpaste and shower gel. Really well soundproofed, forgot we were in the city for bit because you cannot hear anything once inside the flat which is amazing. Lovely flat overall.

Bed sheets were really worn and had holes in. No towels provided or kitchen roll. Had a bit of trouble getting into the property and called the number provided but received no answer and no call back. We managed to get in okay eventually but if we hadn’t it’s a bit disconcerting that there was no contact back at all. I think we’d stay again now we know how to get in.

Location was good - a short walk from the station and easily accessible to the theatre.

I was sent an email for apartment 13, which was already occupied. At least this double booking was quickly sorted by a phone call, but it wasn’t a great start! The heating was inadequate, and there was none in the bathroom.
