The lay out of the apartment was brill, very modern.

It’s not so bad but there wasn’t any toilet roll and not enough cutlery for 2 people. Only 1 fork. But it didn’t affect us too much as we just made do. Maybe owners need to state if not providing the basics.

A well decorated flat right in the heart of the city. I didn't get the entrance codes but as soon as I rang up they were really helpful and got me in in 30 secs

There were a couple of minor bits they felt unfinished but nothing major at all

Location was great and self check in easy.

Facilities in apartment are not fully as listed on booking.com, no iron/ironing board- TV also wasn't working, no ariel or digital options, and the condition of bedding was very poor, bottom sheet on the mattress was ripped on every corner. A few improvements, perhaps attention to detail, and this place would be great.

Location, and the newness of the refurbishment. Very comfortable.

Could be abit noisy when others in the building banged the doors, couldn’t find a kettle, no bin liners so I couldn’t take the rubbish out , I couldn’t work the tv and a tea towel and some coat hooks and it would be 110%

This was a really convenient comfy place for our stay in Leeds - great location and easy check in.

Some kitchen essentials were missing, like a tea towel, washing up sponge, dishwasher tablets and a kettle.

Location was great, short walking distance from the train station. Very modern and well presented.

Mattress wasn’t the comfiest, but that’s down to personal preference. Could do with some kitchen essentials such as dish sponges, kitchen roll etc. Other than that, no complaints!

Comfortable bed Clean bathroom

When we arrived another guest was inside our apartment, very apologetic but due to being it so late with a child bit of a nightmare! No towels provided until we arrived. Room was 35 degrees - Extremely hot! Should have been a bit more organised.

Clean and the bed was super comfortable but could do with two more pillows 😊

No lift .. which made it hard work carrying my case up the stairs as I’m a cancer patient and struggling with diminished muscle mass from the chemo. Also the fridge/freezer was new but it wasn’t switched on and I had medication which needed to be kept at a low temperature. In the end I put it in the sink in cold water. I didnt complain or ask about it has I could clearly see and hear that the place is still being renovated and worked on and when it’s finished it will be perfect I’m sure. I totally enjoyed staying and will definitely stay again. Fingers crossed my health will be better. Thank you.
