Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer

Parking is a little tough, but the owner went out of his way to get us into a spot!!

Great location and great host. Antonio has excellent communication skills and was always available for any assistance. He offered a safe area to store our luggage before the 3 pm check-in time.

Nothing honestly.

The beds were fantastic. Our family group of 5 all had a very comfortable stay and slept well. There were some snacks and tea/coffee facilities there. There is a lot to space and also a balcony to sit on when weather is warmer. It is very centrally located but the windows are good so there is little noise.

The bathroom was a bit dated and it was a little bit difficult to gain access when we first arrived. The host had sent directions and we did eventually work it out.

We were overnighting before heading back to airport so was well located for piazza Maggiore and walking to station at 5am. Host recommended excellent resteraunt for our last night in Italy.

Sofa bed is effectively in hall way which is next to street. With Bologna being a noisy busy city there is quite a lot of noise at night. Not a problem for other bedrooms and we were only staying one night but if you were using sofa bed for any length of time you might want earplugs!

Location and nice cozy rooms.

Spacious, central location, clean and really good communication with the host. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay.

The public works on the street (for the tram line) right in front of the apartment, but the host did everything in his power to mitigate the disconfort.
