Really Comfortable beds, very clean. Great location as well. The road was a little noisy but the bedrooms are on the otherside of the property and it didn't really bother us. Good instructions on how to get in. AC worked well too.

Not much to dislike. Maybe a slightly more secure location to store bags if you get there early. Our bags were fine though but a locker would be great to remove any doubts.

Location and the spacious bedrooms. All attractions in Bologna are within walking distance .

Great location, easy walking distance to most of the sites and train station. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The air conditioners are great for the hot weather. It’s clean throughout. There is only one bathroom but it was sufficient for five of us with some time management :-). There isn’t a wash machine but there is a decent size balcony.

There was construction across the road that is somewhat disturbing but it’s temporary Parking has an extra cost although probably worth the effort of looking for a parking spot in the city center

Nice large beds

Parking with a larger car is stressful and requires 2 people and a lot of maneuvering. Upon self check in, apartment was hot. AC units are only in the bedrooms and not in the common area.

Couldn’t have been better. Wished we’d stayed for longer. Loads of room, comfy beds, great service. Location just perfect too. Lovely pizzeria 400m away! Couldn’t say enough good things and great value for money too
