Everything! One of the most comfortable beds I’ve had in an accommodation! Great location halfway between the station and city center. Very friendly welcoming host. Lovely terrace and lots of space overall. Also nice to have an elevator

Good host and location.

The host, Antonio, is super helpful and always contactable. The location is excellent and the car park space was a great help. There are nice touches such as toilet rolls, toiletries and coffee/tea.

There is some noise from the road as the front windows are not double glazed at the moment but apparently will be replaced soon. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and do not face onto the road and their windows are double glazed so the road noise from the front is reduced.

Very comfortable and the place is in the city center. Antonio was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately the heating didn't work, luckily we were able to bypass it with the air conditioning. Really loud noise from the apartment above (footsteps, TV, alarm clock, conversations)

Awesome place. The flat is located in the city center of bologna (with car parking available on site). Everything was super clean and modern, A/C available in every room, big living room with smart tv, well equipped kitchen. You also find an extremely big private terrace! He made me self check in at 11.30 pm.

The most comfortable bed I slept in during my 2 weeks in Italy. Very clean and good location. This apartment was wonderful!
