The reception for the company was not there which made things awkward and unrealistic

Great apartment and we loved it. it literally has everything a traveller would need with a home away from home feel.

The only issue we had was there was some dust in the wardrobe and when we got there, we saw foot marks on the floor meaning it wasn’t cleaned properly but overall we loved it.

Apartment sizes are very good. Spaces were clean and tidy

Where do I start!! On arrival at apartment T1001 it was found that the air conditioning was not working.We contacted the managing agent, Propr, directly via their whatsapp messaging system plus called them to have this fixed. They assured us they would send an engineer yet no one arrived. Really poor customer service to be honest as we were lied to about their commitment to get this looked at. We requested an alternative room but they never came back to us on this either. My view is they knew the AC system was not working before we arrived and just didn't want to deal with the issue. Really disappointed and due to high temperatures, the comfort at nighttime was a problem. Be warned, despite the great apartment space and facility the care for customers when raising a problem against the advertised facilities of the apartment were shockingly poor. The TV in the master bedroom was also not working. Again asked for this to be sorted but still the same response "We will sort" but never did!!

Fully equipped with everything you could need. Loved having the good sized balcony. Good location in CBD so no load shedding.
