The Apartment was stunning with the Mountain view

I could not operate the washing machine.

The apartment is well furnished and had everthing that we needed. The beds were comfortable and we very safe in the apartment.

The parking tag did not work on entrance and only some times upon exit. The bed for one of the bedrooms were not made and after promising to make it while we were out we returned at 9pm and I had to make the bed myself.

It was well situated, convenient to activities we planned and it had comfortable furnishings.

I WAS ROBBED INSIDE THE BUILDING BY SOMEONE POSING AS A SECURITY GUARD. HE FOLLOWED ME INTO THE BUILDING UNDER THE PRETENSE OF HELPING ME PARK MY CAR. THIS OCCURRED IN THE PRESENCE OFTHE SECURITY DESK AND THE “CONCIERGE” WAITING FOR ME TO ARRIVE. THE TWO MAIN ENTRANCES DID NOT HAVE EXTERIOR LIGHTS. THEY DID NOT HAVE STAFF AT THE ENTRANCES. THE SECURITY DESK PERSONNEL AND THE CONCIERGE WAITING TO CHECK ME IN SAW ME ENTER THE BUILDING BUT THEY DID NOT COME TO GREET ME UNTIL THEY HEARD A COMMOTION AND THE ROBBER WAS GONE.
