1 Bed Ancoats Canalside Flat City Centre

It's only a tram stop far from the downtown. The building and the neighbourhood was quiet. Hosts were available online.

The keybox was quite difficult to open - but the host was available to lend a hand online. We would love to have more curtains on the windows to be able to sleep at daylight. Kitchen utensils require some refreshment.

The location was good as we visited the City Ground and the apartment was clean, but overall disappointing.

There is one double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed in an open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen separated by a pull screen. I was visiting with my two sons and let them have the bed. Unfortunately, the host didn't leave any second duvet set for me, so I was cold and uncomfortable most of the night. Thankfully there was a small blanket so I wasn't complely freezing, but I didn't get much sleep. My sons also wanted to play the Nintendo left by the owner, but there was no plug to power it. I did reach out to the hosts with my feedback following my stay, but didn't hear back. Better care should have been taken to accommodate paying guests. The apartment would be suit a couple.
