Beautifully designed facility with great attention to detail

The staff was generally friendly, although there were a few exceptions where certain members displayed an attitude and tone we did not appreciate especially as the general manager… I think respectful communciation should not be too much to ask from a general Manager but the Lady was quite rude. We even told her that we do not like the way she communicates at least she apologized at the end and explainer that it was not her incentive to act like this

The atmosphere throughout was peaceful and inviting, and the staff truly made the experience stand out. A special thank you to Donato from the breakfast team, and to Liliana and the other kind ladies at reception whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch – every single one of them was courteous, genuinely caring, and clearly committed both to the guests and to the quality of the place. Breakfast was very good, with a generous selection of fresh products and just the right amount of variety each day. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the service overall was top-notch. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the on-site restaurant – highly recommended. The setting itself is idyllic and makes it hard to leave. Would definitely return.

Great service, clean and nice facilities

The location isn’t great if you want to have dinner elsewhere, luckily the restaurant in the Masseria is great place to have dinner for a reasonable price

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Tastefully and expertly decorated to create a calm and tranquil feel. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the wonderful staff you know you have made the right decision!
