Beautiful spaces, outdoor pool, spacious bedroom, restaurant on site, amazing breakfast, really helpful staff.

Breakfast was superb.. although sometimes a little slow to replenish the table when it was busy. The staff we met couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, professional and always prepared to go the ‘extra mile’. Esp Romina and Donato in the dining room and Anna, Benedetta and Sara in reception. They really made our stay very relaxing and memorable. We hope to be back.

The location was ideal, making it a great spot to visit Otranto. The setting and grounds were impressive, and the Masseria itself had a grand appearance. Parking was convenient with plenty of space. The swimming pool looked inviting, though we didn't get to use it due to the rain.

Despite this being a new and stylish venue, we were generally disappointed with our stay. The design and build are impressive, with thoughtful touches and great features. However, the experience was marred by an unwelcoming check-in process. Though Italian, the receptionist was almost grumpy and not friendly. Thankfully, another lady who showed us around and spoke excellent English was amiable, but her colleague’s attitude was a letdown. Our room was on the ground floor near the hallway, with patio doors facing the pool. Unfortunately, we could hear people walking by, and we didn’t use the balcony because it wasn’t clean—cigarette butts were left on the paving. While the room was nicely decorated and new, the floor was dirty, there was a rain leak near the patio door, and the toilet seat was loose. We were promised the Wi-Fi password and other information via WhatsApp, but it never arrived, so we had to chase it down ourselves. We weren’t offered a welcome drink or invited to use the bar/coffee shop, which looked unused. The restaurant was good, though pricey, and the waiter was excellent. However, despite the full Masseria, the restaurant was nearly empty, and we mainly dined alone. Breakfast was nothing special.

Absolut hervorragend. Beste Unterkunft unserer 2-wöchigen Apulienreise. Herausragendes Frühstück und Restaurant. Traumhaftes Personal. Zwei Kritikpunkte: - der Koch ist noch etwas kreativ. Bei drei der bestellten Gerichte fehlte entweder Fleisch in der Soße, Soße auf dem Fleisch, das Fleisch wird gegrillt statt geschmort. All dies war anders als auf der Speisekarte angegeben - aber trotzdem sehr lecker, nur halt nicht, was dort steht…. - man muss beim Duschen aufpassen, nicht das gesamte Zimmer unter Wasser zu setzen

What can we say... we were lucky to discover this Masseria which has opened only recently. Everything about this place exudes class and elegance, from the adorable, professional staff to the choice of materials, the comfort of the rooms, the art work, the beautiful garden and swimming pool, the ideal location for visiting the region (by car) and... the extreme kindness of the owners. Their own locally produced wine and olive oil are also excellent.

What a nice place to relax! We will come again for sure. Friendliest people ever and most stylish accommodation we stayed at during our Puglia trip! We were super sad to leave this wonderful place :(

We loved everything and everyone at the hotel. The location, the ambiance the architecture, the design, the food absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful and kind, the food was excellent and the hotel and the facilities are a dream. There is nothing better than to lounge under olive trees on a hot day next to the pool.
