QAINININFirst of all, I sincerely apologize to the hotel management for the review I mistakenly posted yesterday. It was intended for a different hotel where I had an unpleasant experience during my travels across Kerala over the past month. Due to the rush, I accidentally submitted the review under Blueway Residency Downtown Hotel and was unable to remove it. To clear this misunderstanding, I booked a room at Blueway Residency Downtown Hotel last night, and I must say,my experience was excellent. The stay was very comfortable, and the team, especially Abin and Aaromal, were extremely helpful and cooperative. The housekeeping was outstanding — every corner of the hotel was neat and clean, which made the stay even more pleasant. I truly appreciate the hospitality and professionalism shown by the entire team. Thank you once again, and I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.
INMy wife and I came for darshan at Sri Padmanabha Temple and stayed at Blueway Residency Downtown Hotel. The experience was wonderful clean rooms, excellent housekeeping, and very helpful staff, especially Front Office Staff. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.
