Highly recommended, because of it's clean and comfortable rooms and also attentive staffs.

比較的新しいホテルで設備も綺麗なのとバスルームの水切れが良かったのが嬉しかった スタッフの方々も凄く優しくて今回1泊しか出来ませんでしたが、また次回も泊まりたいと思います ホテルの周りにある飲食店も多いので助かります。

比較的新しいホテルなのでオートリキシャのドライバーさんに別の場所にあるDOWNTOWNホテルに連れて行かれたことがあります。 でも、とても良いホテルなのでこれから知名度も上がって来ると思いますので心配はないと思います

Extremely comfortable bed and pillows and nice and quiet for resting. All very clean.

Property was fairly newly done

First room had dust and spider, cleaners had missed cleaning , sheets had some sort of sand on it and had to change rooms, second one was clean but sheets weren't washed and had stains inside the duvet. Property needs to wash all their bedding properly.

The staff were friendly and also accommodated our special request to extend the stay until 5:30pm. The hotel is having lift as well as no much noise from outside.

We noticed that the rooms were not clean. The floor has dirt, and the walls do have spider webs. The bedroom also have dust just above the headrest. The cleaners need to put more effort to clean properly. We commented that to the reception, but instead of taking it for improvement, the answer was that "the room you stayed was well cleaned." Apart from cleanliness, everything was fine.
